Day 1:    Chandigarh International Airport / Chandigarh Junction Railway Station
           Welcome to Chandigarh – First planned city Transfer to the Hotel in Chandigarh

Chandigarh

      • On Arrival Check-in the Hotel. After freshen up and some rest, get ready to visit Asia’s largest Rose Garden, the Rock Garden- lifetime dream of Nek Chand Saini and Sukhna Lake. Enjoy boating at Sukhna Lake.
      • In the evening, enjoy shopping at Sector-17 market.
      • Overnight stay at the Hotel in Chandigarh.

 

Day 2:   Chandigarh Amritsar (approx 230 km and take 4 hours) |Amritsar Sightseeing

Amritsar

      • Early Morning after breakfast check-out from Hotel and drive to Amritsar.
      • On arrival Check-in the Hotel. After freshen up and some rest, get ready to visit The Gobindgarh Fort (Initially known as Bhaingian Da Qila). The fort has numerous museums, a vibrant Bazaar and food stalls. There are several high- tech shows and live performances are conducted at the Fort. The high-tech shows such as light and sound show (after sunset), Sher E Punjab that highlights the history of the fort as well as city.
      • Rest of the day at Leisure.
      • Overnight stay at the Hotel in Amritsar.

 

Day 3:   Amritsar Sightseeing

Amritsar

      • Early morning visit Golden Temple (also known as Harmandar Sahib)- holiest shrine for the Sikh religion and have a holy meal at Guru Ka Langar. Thereafter proceed to visit Jalliawala Bagh- which was the most infamous massacre under British Raj and Partition Museum.
      • After lunch proceed to watch the India-Pakistan parade and lowering of the flag ceremony at Wagah-Attari Border. Later return to Hotel
      • Overnight stay at the Hotel in Amritsar.

Note:

  1. Carry a Dupatta and Scarf to cover head before enter the Temples.
  2. Reach the border at least 1 hour prior to the ceremony to get a seat.

 

Day 4:    Amritsar | Sri Guru Ram Das Jee International Airport /Amritsar Junction Railway Station .

Departure

      • After breakfast Check-out from the hotel and at appropriate time transfer to Airport or Railway Station to reach home destination with lovely memories to cherish.
