Day 1: Cochin International Airport / Ernakulam Railway Station
Welcome by our representative to Cochin – the Queen of the Arabian Sea Transfer from Airport/ Railway Station to the Hotel | Cochin Sightseeing
Cochin
- Upon your arrival at Cochin International Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative who will assist you with the transfer to the Hotel.
- Upon arrival, Check-in at the pre-booked hotel. After freshen-up and relax for some time. Subsequently, begin your sightseeing tour of Cochin:
- Visit to the historic Fort Kochi area, renowned for its colonial heritage.
- Explore St. Francis Church and Santa Cruz Basilica, showcasing Portuguese-era architecture before continuing to Mattancherry Palace (closed on Fridays and Saturdays).
- Next, visit the Jewish Synagogue (closed on Fridays, Saturdays, and Jewish holidays) and stroll through the lively Jew Town, known for antique shops and spice markets.
- In the evening, head to the iconic Chinese fishing nets, and soak in the coastal charm. Later, enjoy a relaxing walk along Marine Drive.
- Overnight stay at a Hotel in Cochin.
Day 2: Cochin Munnar (approx 130 Km and take 4 hours) | The rest of the day is at leisure
Munnar
- After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and depart for Munnar , a beautiful hill station once favored as the summer retreat of the British. En route, admire the cascading Valara and Cheeyappara waterfalls and enjoy the lush scenery along the way.
- Upon arrival in Munnar, check-in at the pre-booked hotel or resort and relax.
- In the evening, take a leisurely walk through the local market and enjoy shopping for tea, spices, and handmade chocolates.
- Overnight stay at a Hotel or resort in Munnar.
Day 3: Munnar Full-day Sightseeing

- Following breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar:
- First, visit Eravikulam National Park (Rajamalai) — home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr (closed from January to March for the breeding season).
- Next, explore the Tea Museum and Factory to understand the journey of tea from leaf to cup.
- Later, continue to Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, and Kundala Lake, where you may opt for a relaxing boat ride.
- After a fulfilling day, return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Munnar.
- Following breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar:
Note: The Tea Museum remains closed on Mondays and Good Fridays.
Optional: Boat ride at Kundala Lake and Mattupetty Dam.
Day 4: Munnar Thekkady or Periyar (approx 100 Km and take 3 to 4 hours) | Thekkady - Wildlife and culture
Thekkady
- After breakfast, Check-out from the hotel, depart for Thekkady (Periyar) -Kerala’s famous wildlife and spice destination.
- Upon arrival in Thekkady, Check-in at the pre-booked hotel. After freshening up and having lunch at a hotel or a local restaurant, move toward visit Periyar National Park and enjoy a scenic boat ride on Periyar Lake.
- If time allows, you may also choose optional experiences such as Elephant Safari, a Kathakali dance performance, or a Kalaripayattu martial arts show, showcasing Kerala’s rich traditions.
- Overnight stay at a Hotel in Thekkady.
Day 5: Thekkady Alleppey (approx 150 Km and take 4 to 5 hours) | Alleppey Houseboat Day Cruise and Sightseeing Tour
Alleppey
- After an early breakfast, check-out from the hotel and depart for Alleppey — often called the “Venice of the East,” known for its tranquil backwaters, lagoons, and canals.
- Upon arrival, board your private houseboat for a scenic day cruise through the serene backwaters lined with coconut palms and paddy fields. As the journey continues, enjoy a refreshing welcome drink followed by a freshly prepared traditional Kerala lunch on board.
- In the evening, enjoy the sunset from the deck, followed by the houseboat anchors at 5:oo PM.
- Later, enjoy a Alleppey Beach (a perfect spot for sunset views) and Mullakkal Rajarajeswari Temple, dedicated to Goddess Durga.
- Later, get a drive to the pre-booked hotel and Check-in and relax.
- Overnight stay at a Hotel in Alleppey.
Day 6: Alleppey Cochin (approx 60 Kms and take 2 hours) | Cochin International Airport / Ernakulam Railway Station
Departure
- After breakfast, check-out from the hotel and drive back to Cochin. You will be dropped at Cochin International Airport or Railway Station for your onward journey, carrying with you beautiful memories of the Best of Kerala tour.
